Peanut Butter Cookies

A classic peanut butter cookie built on our Butter Cookie Mix base. Crisp at the edges, tender through the center, with rich peanut butter flavor that keeps it familiar and deeply satisfying.

Ingredients:

1 cup (111 g) The Butter Cookie Mix

1 large pasture-raised egg

3 tablespoons (35 g) salted butter (or tallow plus a pinch of salt)

3 tablespoons (35 g) natural peanut butter

Directions:

Cream the butter & peanut butter. Add the egg.

Add the cookie mix. Do not overmix.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

Drop dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake 325 12-15 minutes.

Makes 10-12 cookies.
