Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bars
Makes one 8x8 pan
Prepare:
Make full base dough.
Ingredients:
1 cup (111 g) The Butter Cookie Mix
1 large pasture-raised egg
1/3 cup (75 g) salted butter (or tallow plus a pinch of salt)
Directions:
Cream the butter. Add the egg. Add the vanilla and orange zest.
Add the cookie mix. Do not overmix.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
Press evenly into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
Cinnamon Swirl:
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered allulose
Drizzle and swirl with a knife.
Bake:
325°F (165°C) for 14-18 minutes (until golden brown).
Cool fully before slicing.
